I-omics Biotech automatic diagnostic reagent production line successfully entered the listed enterprise

In April 2024, the self-developed nucleic acid extraction kit automatic production line of I-omics Biotech successfully completed the installation and debugging work for a listed company on the science and Technology Innovation Board, which further improved the production efficiency of molecular diagnostic reagent production for the listed company and better guaranteed the product quality.

Performance features:       

1. The system integrates advanced precision mechanical automation control technology, using modular intelligent combinations for easy operation, ready to use upon startup; equipped with a robotic arm and automatic stacker, the software controls the stacker to rotate automatically, working in tandem with the robotic arm to pick up deep-well plates. It can sequentially transfer up to 120 deep-well plates onto the production line, then proceed to the reagent dispensing station and the deep-well plate sealing station, achieving unattended operation. This efficiently completes the production of nucleic acid extraction kits, reducing production costs and improving labor efficiency.

2. The system has a unique functional module stability design, which connects the automatic sample loading module, liquid distribution module, heat sealing module and automatic ink spraying module through a pipeline. If any one of the modules fails, the other modules can still operate normally and the system can continue to carry out production work. 

3. The system employs a unique high-precision liquid distribution technology, with a volume range of 50-5000 uL. It is also equipped with an automatic calibration module before startup, ensuring optimal daily liquid distribution accuracy. The system's CV for liquid distribution is <3.0% (100 uL), effectively guaranteeing the quality stability and reliability of nucleic acid extraction kits. 

4. The system is equipped with a high-performance automatic deep plate heat sealing module. Through stable temperature and pressure control, it ensures reliable sealing for each deep hole plate. Temperature control range: 100℃-200℃. The system uses high-quality alcohol-resistant heat-sealing aluminum film produced by I-omics Biotech. Each roll of film can seal 1000 deep hole plates.

5. The system is equipped with automatic coding function, which can spray batch number, product name, production date and other information on the side of each deep hole plate. The coding system is fast and stable, greatly improving production efficiency.
