Automated Plate Seal Peeling System - AutoPeel 100

AutoPeel 100 is designed to remove sealing films from various types of microplates, facilitating the automation of the microplate testing process. The system can safely and efficiently remove the sealing film, and is equipped with a sensor to determine whether the film peeling is successful or not. The system is stable and reliable, and can be used alone or integrated into an automated integration system with external robotic arm. 

Specification:

1. Compatible with various plates such as full skirt PCR plate, SBS microplate, and deepwell plate；

2. Can peel heat sealing film and adhesive sealing film

3. Using specific peeling tape, each roll can deal with about 400 plates;

4. Prevent adhering liquid on the film from causing contamination to the sample in microplate;

5. The sensor ensures the the success or failure status and then report to the system;

6. Once the peeling failed and the instrument stops running, manually troubleshoot to ensure the sample's safty;

7. It can be done alone or connected with a robotic arm, or other devices by RS232;

8. The microplate platform can lift and down to ensure successful film peeling with different pressure;

9. Equipped with a sealing pressure sensor, which ensure that the film peeling tape can firmly seal the surface of the microplate;

10. Can process more than 240 microplates per hour;
