The BioGrinder HT automated grinding workstation, featuring exceptional performance and innovative automation technology, will bring about an unprecedented transformation to the sample analysis industry by enabling fully unmanned automated processing of complex samples. When integrated with I-omics Biotech's intelligent equipmentincluding film sealing, film peeling, pipetting, centrifugation, and vacuum filtrationthis system ultimately achieves the ultimate goal of "sample input, result output" for biological tissue specimens.

For workstations handling particulate matter or toxic/hazardous substances generated during the grinding process, a ventilation system can be optionally installed to discharge these substances directly into a safe environment, thereby effectively isolating the grinding area from the laboratory space. This approach plays a crucial role in safeguarding the health and personal safety of operators, as well as ensuring the safety of other areas within the laboratory.

Performance Features:

1. Application areas: Homogenization of various animal and plant tissues and cells, preparation of material dispersions, and sample homogenization via shaking. 

2. Control: A ergonomic large-screen touch-sensitive liquid crystal computer that allows for free rotation of the display angle, displays operational status and sample selection options, and offers user-friendly operation.

3. Horizontal fixed sample stack: capable of accommodating 80 microplate wells or 7,680 samples; the system intelligently identifies and handles the grinding plate without requiring manual position definition.

4. Grinding principle: Vertical reciprocating impact mode.

5. Grinding frequency: 02000 times/min; Grinding efficiency:>20 boards/hour

6. Adapter Material: Grinding-specific deep-hole plate or custom polymer-based adapter

7. Grinding methods: wet grinding, dry grinding, low-temperature grinding (optional)

8. Equipped with an automatic locking mechanism; equipped with an automatic sampling device

9. The robotic arm can automatically pick up a microplate and transfer it to a grinding instrument.

10. Once grinding is complete, the robotic arm can automatically retrieve the microplate from the workstation to the plate stacking area.

11. The YZ-axis robotic arm can move horizontally along the X-axis, offering a large working range. 

12. Automatically detects samples and identifies whether a microplate is present in the stacking position.

13. During operation, the system automatically electrically locks the vertical door, providing full protection throughout the entire process.

14. At the end of the process, the system performs an electric vertical opening operation to discharge the sample.

15. Single grinding time: 0 seconds 99 minutes; users can set this value manually.

16. Grinding ball materials: alloy steel, chromium steel, zirconia, tungsten carbide, quartz sand.

17. Liquid nitrogen pre-freezing module (optional): enables pre-freezing of samples to temperatures below 80°C, facilitating easier grinding.

18. Liquid nitrogen automatic quantitative replenishment: When liquid nitrogen is depleted, it can be automatically replenished in precise quantities.

19. It can provide software driver commands for system integration, enabling system integration via an RS232 connection.
