MD 9608F Smart is a flexible liquid distribution system composed of four independent high-precision pumps. It can perform high-throughput automated dispensing of various reagents simultaneously, significantly enhancing work efficiency. The equipment can be used for high-precision dispensing of ELISA kit reagents, cells, culture media, and various IVD reagents; preparation of preloaded plates for nucleic acid extraction reagents; construction of PCR systems; dispensing of quality control solutions; glass bottle dispensing; and dispensing of storage solutions for various complex applications.
The system is controlled by multi-pump software, allowing each pump to set different fractions and fraction modes. Multiple pumps can be connected in series to form a new program, executing highly complex experimental reagent dispensing procedures. After adding one reagent, the instrument can perform oscillation and wait commands, awaiting the next dispensing action. For example, in ELISA experiments, this system can continuously add primary antibody, secondary antibody, substrate chromogen, and stop solution without frequently replacing or cleaning tubing, providing great convenience to users.
