The MD 9608 SP12 High-Speed Reagent Filling System is designed to handle multi-well, multi-reagent, and small-to-medium batch filling scenarios, particularly for diagnostic reagent strip/tube/row tube dispensing, pre-filling of PCR/qPCR multi-target reagents, ELISA/chemiluminescence microplate liquid addition, and POCT cartridge pre-filled solutions. The MD 9608 SP12 delivers the optimal solution. Featuring a 12-channel parallel liquid dispensing architecture, the system enables simultaneous reagent distribution for 12 samples per run, offering higher precision and several-fold efficiency improvements compared to traditional single-channel devices. Each channel is equipped with an independent precision micropump, allowing minimum dispensing volumes as low as 2 μL, meeting requirements from micro-dosing to bulk filling while ensuring reliable and reproducible dispensing. The system includes models with automatic calibration capabilities, where intelligent software performs independent automated calibration for each peristaltic pump, guaranteeing high-quality filling results across all production batches or experiments. Whether for POCT cartridge pre-filled solutions, PCR system preparation, cell culture medium dispensing, or compound allocation in drug screening, the MD 9608 SP12 delivers exceptional performance. Performance Features: Composed of 12 independent high-precision micro-pumps, it enables simultaneous dispensing of different volumes from 12 distinct reagents. The software allows users to select 1–12 pumps and combine them in any arbitrary configuration for synchronous liquid separation. Range of liquid volume: 2–9999 µL.
