The X-Gel Spotter can complete the fully automatic dispensing of matrigel in 96-well/384-well plates, effectively solving the inefficiency, inconsistency and technical bottlenecks of traditional manual operation, thereby promoting the standardization, high-throughput quantification and precision of organoid research.

  • Defects of manual dispensing: When manually laying matrigel (such as Matrigel), the volume, shape, and thickness are difficult to control, resulting in large differences in the organoid growth microenvironment, and the experimental results fluctuate significantly (e.g., the difference in organoid size can reach more than 50% under the same conditions).

  • The X-Gel Spotter dispenses liquids with minimal precision through I-omics Technology's unique high-precision micropump, ensuring that the diameter, height, and cell density of each "droplet" are highly consistent, improving experimental reproducibility.
